Portfolio Servicing now offers an answer for your small ticket working capital and sale/leaseback needs. This new and exciting program applies to those deserving credits that are seeking a working capital loan amount between $15,000 and $150,000. This financing is available to virtually any business owner with good credit who has a need for capital for their business.

All transactions will be documented on the Portfolio Servicing Finance Agreement and will be personally guaranteed by the owner(s). Proof of ownership must be verified and on-site verification that the business exists will be required. Both the primary and secondary credit bureau reports will be used to determine credit worthiness. Credit card debt in excess of $25,000 must be fully explained as part of the credit investigation and evidence of such may require additional information (additional tax returns, etc.). Depending on the size of the transaction or when deemed necessary business credit reports will be ordered and reviewed.

A security deposit equal to two payments will be due at commencement, and ACH will be required on the remaining payments (with a $10 per month opt out fee if ACH is ever removed). Variable payment streams will not be accepted. All other standard credit criteria must be met along with the additional notable exceptions:

* Personal and business tax returns including all schedules.

** A Current personal financial statement is required for all principals and guarantors.

A blanket lien on the business will be executed in the name of Portfolio Servicing.  A documentation fee of will be required for all transactions.

A working capital transaction is defined as any one transaction where 33% or more of the total amount requested contains working capital. All working capital requirements listed above would apply.
